In the middle of the trailer there is a game room separated by the door and above the game room is a king size bed Loft. Front bedroom has a walk around queen bed near the bathroom. Trailer weighs about 13700 lb dry. We do offer delivery and setups for an extra charge would need to get an address for a quote. This trailer as a large 18 foot electric awning and automatic leveling jacks. Four Seasons trailer so it's very well-insulated. This has two 15000 BTU AC units. Also has an electric fireplace and propane furnace. Three TVs total. Sleeps 12 people comfortably. Great for large families or even 2 families. This trailer has a 5-day minimum for all reservations $140 per day. Any rentals over 10 days would be $90 per day. Security deposit required.
