It has hookups for staying in RV parks but it's good for boondocking too with a solid battery for electric and propane for cooking or the fridge (runs on electric or gas) when needed. This small footprint trailer at just 19ft (21 with hitch) which makes it easy to pull into all campground sites or trek to unknown wonders. This is a great trailer for a newbie or anyone looking for a hassle-free getaway. Pull out the awning, roll out the outdoor mat, whip out the chairs, enjoy the fresh air. The trailer is a great companion for anyone looking to adventure outdoors in Southern California. It's only 2490 pounds, dry-weight, so most SUV/trucks can pull it easily. It has sway bars for the hitch to even the weight distribution and makes towing more stable and safe. You will need a 7-pin brake controller and a trailer hitch receiver already installed to your vehicle. It has a large awning with LED lighting for those hot days. Also has air-conditioning/heater when needed. This well-kept trailer has a full bath tub with shower, 2 burner gas stove (no oven), kitchen sink and a refrigerator/freezer. This is not an entertainment-equipped trailer, meaning there is not a tv/media player, nor a radio with speakers. This is a family friendly trailer and welcomes pets.
