Rockwoods are well built units. This unit has a nice layout with room to sleep 4 plus people all within a relatively compact unit with a slide and an outside kitchen. Beds • Murphy queen bed • Two full bunkbeds with curtains • Dinette that fold into a bed, about a twin size. Living Area The unit is unique with the murphy bed. The murphy bed allows you put it up during day and have access to a couch! Kitchen Love to cook? This RV includes a nice size kitchen. • 3-burner gas stove with a lid and oven • Double sink • Microwave and a full-size RV refrigerator/freezer • Included: silverware, coffee pot, pot and pan set, basic cooking utensils, baking pan, cutting board, bottle/wine opener, and dish towels, and more. The bathroom is a stand-up shower • A bathmat and hand towel are included • RV toilet paper is included. (Please only use RV paper towel – helps to prevent clogging). Outside • It includes an outside mat and a couple of folding chairs. • Outside kitchen that has a small refrigerator and a grill. Towing This unit weighs 5,300 lbs (plus supplies). So, can you tow it? Vehicles that would work: some Jeep Grand Cherokee, Nissan Pathfinder, Chevy Tahoes, Ford Expedition, or Chevy Subrban/Yukon along with any of your trucks. Pets This unit is dog friendly. We ask that you let us know ahead of time and there is a pet fee. Insurance Stationary Rentals: $15/night with a max of $210 Rentals Driving/Towing: The renter's insurance is primary on the rental. Renter must provide proof that their insurance will cover the unit. Regardless, renter must provide insurance card at the time of pickup. If your insurance company denies coverage or renter does not want to use their personal insurance, then a "Damage Waiver" must be purchased. Price: $25/night with a max of $350. Look through the pictures to see if this will fit your needs. We believe in treating guests like family, so all furnishings are the same ones we use – we do not cut corners for our rentals.
