Relax and unwind in this 2011 - 24ft Fleetwood Tioga DSL with Mercedes chasis, Class C Diesel. Very easy to drive and no special license is required. The RV has a large kitchen slide out. Upgraded comfortable full-size bed. Awning and outdoor chairs (2). The RV fits in regular camping spaces so it's easy to park anywhere. Perfect RV for a family of 4 camping LOCALLY in the Coachella Valley/Palm Springs Area or going to Joshua Tree, Johnson Valley, Ocotillo, etc.. You can drive this RV with a regular class C license, it's like driving a family van. We are located in Desert Hot Springs. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW OUR RV TO BE CAMPED DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH OR IN THE SAND! *ALL DRIVERS SHOULD BE 30 YEARS OLD (or Experienced in Driving a Large Truck or RV), TO DRIVE THIS VEHICLE. * We do not allow the towing of any vehicle or cargo. * Smoking and/or Vaping is strictly prohibited. If the vehicle is returned with a smoke odor, a cleaning fee will be charged of up to $500. * We will consider a small Pet... Please check with us first for a "Pet Exception" - depending on size and circumstances. If we find signs of pets (if you don't have the acceptation), you will be charged $380 and upwards for deep cleaning and repairs.. * We ask all renters to stay within 65 MPH or less while driving. Anything over 65 MPH will be subject to damage fees for any necessary repair and damages to the transmission. * PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANY TOILET PAPER, WIPES, ETC.. THERE IS A TRASH CAN IN THE BATHROOM FOR DISPOSAL OF ALL PAPER PRODUCTS. Please return the RV as clean as you received it to avoid an extra cleaning charge of $175. Diesel tank and propane tank should be full, and grey and black sewer tanks should be empty (and Tank Hose flushed) on return, to avoid an extra charge of $125. Thank you - Sandra & Pablo
