Overview
Pickup in Irvine or Gardena. The ultimate tailgating RV!! Our RV comfortably sleeps 6, can sleep 7 with 7 seat belts. It has a private bedroom with a queen bed, the dinette and sofa turns into a bed, and a bed lowers down above the driver/passenger seat. On the outside is a full tailgating package with a TV, an outdoor mini fridge, ice chest, sink, and an outlet for a BBQ grill (Optional).
The Winnebago Vista 29VE with a Triton V10 motor is 30.25' to be exact, so it's not too long, but also not too small, the perfect size! If the RV park says <30', then she's a 29'. If you have to be >30', she's 31'. Compare to a Class C "26", with a true length of 27.1', it's only 3' longer, but this Class A feels significantly roomier inside. Wheelbase is 15.83', so it's exactly the same as a Class C Winnebago Minnie Winnie 26a which makes turning no different.
Do you need a special drivers license because it's a "Class A" RV? No, anyone with a regular drivers license can drive this RV as it is not over 40', and over 26,00lbs so you're good to go!
We've made many significant modifications; front and rear sway bars and sumo springs so it drives significantly better. We also have a steering stabilizer which helps keeps the RV driving straight down the road without having to white knuckle the steering wheel, and in the worst case scenario of a blowout, will help control the steering. We have 3 children, so safety was on the top of our list! Most RVs come with a tiny 6 gallon water heater, but we've upgraded to a tankless water heater meaning you'll never run out of hot water!
Inside the kitchen, we have a reverse osmosis system, so you don't have to worry about clean drinking water. Speaking of water, we have a muli-filter water filtration system so the water coming into the holding tank, is as clean as it gets. Some of the water from RV parks are, let's say, not so clean.
If you're itching for a trip with your family, this is the PERFECT RV!
