Delivery, setup and pickup of the trailer. For use Riverside county, Orange County, San Diego county and Camp Pendleton. Sleeps up to 8 inside. Master bedroom has a queen bed, couch folds out into a double bed, kitchen table converts into a double bed, 2 single bunk beds in the rear of the trailer. Kitchen has a double sink with a new pullout faucet, kitchen stove is propane with 3 burners on top and an oven below, kitchen also has a refrigerator which was serviced last year. Also has a new exterior propane grill for your use and a new hot water heater. The bathroom has a new toilet, bathtub was recently repaired. The inside also has numerous new window blinds, also the air conditioning was recently serviced. The exterior of the trailer includes a new awning, 4 new tires, and leveling jacks. Delivery and set up by me for $180 in San Diego county, extra delivery charge for further distance after that.
