Camp with all the comforts of home in this Heartland Mallard M28! The trailer has dual slides: a kitchen slide and a super slide (dinette and sofa). Both the dinette and sofa convert into beds. Spacious bathroom in the rear and queen sized bedroom in the front. Bedroom contains an upgraded foam/gel mattress and plenty of room for clothes in the bedside closets. The bathroom contains a medium-sized closet for increased storage space. The trailer is pet-friendly (small to medium dogs only, no cats) and there is a strict no-smoking policy. The unit is perfect for a family of four. The trailer has two gray water tanks, each 42 gallons (totaling an incredible 84 gallons). One is for the bathroom, the other is for the kitchen. The 24" television is mounted on an extendible arm and is able to swivel around to face the bedroom. There are dual interior speakers and dual exterior speakers, powered by a sound system that is bluetooth capable. The interior refrigerator is AC (120V) + propane powered (propane will effectively keep the temperature, but will generally not "cool" the refrigerator). The exterior (outside kitchen) refrigerator is AC-only. The trailer is located at the Coconuts RV Resort directly on the Gravois Arm of Lake of the Ozarks in Gravois Mills, MO. The trailer is long at 34', but previous towing, hitching, leveling, or general RV experience is not necessary. I will go over some very simple basics for everything you need to know to have an enjoyable and stress-free experience. The trailer's electric brakes go a very long way in helping you feel safe and confident towing it and with the included anti-sway system.
