Overview
This is my 2nd Chinook. I put 300,000 miles on my first one and I saw every state in the country! I am slowing down a bit and I am willing to share this excellent class B RV. It is easy to handle, has a Ford V10 gas engine and parks in a single parking space...my 77 year old mom can drive it without stress. The Trailwagons Chinook is a discontinued RV brand, but it was a top of the class small RV made in Yakima, Washington for decades. It sold for over $100,000 new, with every available feature at the time, solar power and an on board generator for "boondocking". It has comfortable sleeping options for two, a twin bed and a converted twin over the dinette. I have engineered a very comfortable expansion of the twin to a full for snuggling and room for an additional child if needed. There is a lot of storage, with room in the fridge and freezer for $200 in groceries! It has a three burner gas stove and oven with a microwave too, double sink with Corain countertops! Friends often try to coax me into their home to sleep, fearing I am more comfortable "indoors", but I am like a dog in my crate, I love my bed, hot shower and convenience knowing my things are always within reach.
