Learn what makes this RV is the perfect choice for you. 28 foot RV is large enough for spacious living while also being simple to maneuver, also with birds-eye back up camera. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults with large slide-out queen bed, spacious loft (2 adults or 3 kids), gravity-slide table bed, fold down couch to convert into even more sleeping space. Loft includes a 40 inch TV on a swinging arm to enjoy in the main cabin with DVD, HDMI, and iPhone hookup. 13.5k BTU A/C, 30k BTU furnace Kitchen has fridge with separate freezer, 3-burner stove, oven, and microwave with ample storage to prepare, cook and enjoy all your meals. With storage all throughout the RV, you’ll have plenty of space to make sure you don’t feel cluttered. We will provide all the information you need know at check-out as well as review rules and expectations to make sure you have an amazing experience. No smoking. No festivals. No pets. Our goal is to provide everything you need for a safe and stress-free trip (except food). We pride ourselves in making sure our RV is thoroughly stocked, cleaned, and maintained to make sure you have a wonderful time. We include many items in the rental but please take care of everything. We do not charge extra for these items but may do so if they are missing/damaged upon return. We prefer to avoid any additional fees and keep things as simple as possible for both of us. The possible additional fees will only be charged in applicable scenarios: • Return without filling gas tank $75 plus cost of fuel • Return without dumping black/gray tanks $150 plus any cost for dumping if applicable • Return without filling propane $50 plus cost of fuel • Evidence of smoking, pets, or festival $450 – never had to charge and DO NOT WANT TO • Late drop-off (after 6pm) Half of daily rental price • Early pick-up (before 10am) $75 • Any items needing to be replaced or broken items needing repair will be charged at full purchase price • Mileage overage 100 miles allotted per day $0.35 per mile • Generator overage – anything over 4 hours per day charged at $5 per hour • No additional cleaning fees if RV is returned like it was checked out. If major cleaning is needed, fees may range from $100-$300 • Airport/Other Dropoff $4.50/mile Pick up/drop off only 20 minutes from Salt Lake Airport. Pick up: We will walk you through the RV to show you everything you will need for a safe and comfortable trip. Propane and Gas tanks will be full, water tank may be requested to be filled for no charge, and grey/black tanks will be empty. Everything will be in working order unless otherwise documented and communicated. Owner will provide any needed education around set up and take down or any functions/components of RV. Drop off: RV must be returned cleaned to avoid fees with all items in stock (unless reasonably used like soap, cleaning products, etc). Check out instruction will be provided to avoid any fees.
