BRAND NEW RV THIS YEAR!! Just the right size family travel trailer with bunk beds and a queen size bed. Dinette also folds down into a bed, so sleeps 5 total. Empty weight of 3421 lbs, so it can be towed by most SUVs and large Crossovers. TRAILER BRAKE CONTROLLER REQUIRED to tow this trailer. Bathroom with toilet, tub, shower. Large fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove/oven, flatscreen TV. Outdoor shower. Power awning with indoor & outdoor speakers (Bluetooth compatible). Comes with all the necessities free of charge: - Recurve R3 Weight Distribution Anti-Sway Hitch (Fits nearly all vehicles) - 1 full 20lb propane tank - Pots/Pans, roasting sticks - Paper plates/plastic dinnerware - Coffee maker - Easy to use leveling blocks and chocks - Large outdoor area rug - Storage containers for clothing & towels - 3 rolls of toilet paper - hose w/ filter for city water hook up - sewer hose for dumping tanks - disposable gloves Unlimited mileage for week long rentals. Pick up and drop off times are set for noon, but we are open to early pick ups/late drop offs as long as there is not a scheduling conflict. *Cold Weather* This camper has an enclosed underbelly and thicker insulated wall than most trailers, so it makes for an excellent 3 season rig. However, it is not set up for winter camping, so if there are sustained temps below freezing, the water systems can not be used. Power sources: This unit needs a 30 amp RV outlet to run all its systems. We do have a 110 adapter that can be used to plug into a standard household outlet. Keep in mind that a household outlet WILL NOT WORK with the A/C. Cleaned after each use following CDC guidelines.
