Home Away From Home - RV sleeps up to 10! Burning Man!

You'll travel in style and comfort in this 31' spacious RV. With 2 slide outs, this RV can accommodate up to 10 sleepers. The master suite has its own slide out, making it roomy and comfortable with a queen bed. Fully equipped with TV, closet and extra storage, located at the back of the RV for privacy. We do allow our RV to be taken to Burning Man, but additional security deposits and cleaning deposits may apply. Through the hall you'll find 2 bunk beds for the kids with their own TV and windows for viewing. Above the cab is a full size bed that comfortably sleeps 2. There is also a TV with DVD player here. If you need extra sleeping arrangements, the couch folds out and the table folds down to accommodate up to 4 more sleepers. You'll have a full kitchen with propane stove top and oven range. Microwave oven, sink and counter space provides all the comforts of home. The RV will come full stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Basic cooking supplies like spices and herbs will be available! This is our home away from home also, so you'll find all the basic necessities or things you can think of (or that you didn't think of), from first aid kits, to toiletries, and linens. We do allow pets to stay. Excessive cleaning charges may apply. Please clean up after your pet. Absolutely no cigarette smoking inside the RV! NO climbing on the roof! Failure to dump holding tanks will result in $100 deduction from your deposit. Missing items will be deducted from your deposit. Please do not take any linens, blankets or pillows, or other items. You must refill all propane and fuel prior to returning, or you will be charged $70 plus the cost of replacement fluid(s). Nearby destinations and points of interest: Crater Lake National Park, The Lava Beds National Monument, Lake of the Woods, several natural hot springs, campgrounds, trails and lakes galore... just ask if you need some inspiration! We would love to give you some options and ideas. Southern Oregon is rich in recreational opportunities! No climbing on the roof or smoking inside the RV. Smoking in the RV will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit. Renter is responsible for all damages caused including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit. Off-road: Travel on non-public, unpaved and/or logging roads, sand / dunes in not permitted at anytime. Lower 48 states only. Canada not allowed RV not to be driven in excess of 70 mph. One warning will be given and then a fee of $50.00 per occurrence will be charged. Minimum rental age is 25. Toll violations will be billed to your reservation. We are flexible on the return time when we don't have the RV booked out, so plan on having the RV back to us by 3:00 p.m. unless we confirm with you that there is no booking for the date of your return, in which case, we can agree to a different return time. If you do not get the RV returned to us in time, and we have to rush to have it cleaned, inspected, and ready for turnover, we charge a $250 late fee for the rush. Although we don't expect you to bring it back immaculate, and we know camping comes with some level of dust and dirt, if you bring the RV back unreasonably dirty we will charge an additional $95hr to have it sanitized and detailed. If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages (up to their limits). If it is the other vehicle's driver's fault, you must get the insurance information and contact information of the other driver and take photographs of insurance cards, driver's licenses, and vehicle damage so we can hold the other driver's insurance responsible. Basic cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, bedding, towels, etc. supplied with motor home are included for your enjoyment. All items in the RV upon pick-up MUST be returned with the RV. Any equipment missing WILL result in charges to your reservation.
