Overview
Super Lite, Easy Tow w Mini Van or small SUV.
Comfortably we have slept four people (2 adults and 2 kids) and a fairly big dog. It’s light weight to tow, (We use a Jeep Grand Cherokee with an aftermarket hitch). It has 2 bunk beds and a dinette that turns into a queen bed.
We will provide you with two rolls of RV toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, dish soap, sponge, and hand soap, among various small amenities that we hope make your stay more comfortable.
You must use toilet paper that is safe for RVs if you are going to purchase more.
Cleaning: The trailer must be returned with a clean interior. “Clean” means as you received it & ready for another rental. If you pay for cleaning, the trailer does not have to be returned clean, however it cannot be “trashed” or so dirty that it is filled with trash or dirty beyond what is reasonable for a vacation. If you did not pay for cleaning at the time of rental the cleaning fee is $125 if the unit is returned dirty.
Propane: If you don’t pre-pay for propane, it is your responsibility to refill the propane tank prior to return. If you did not pre-pay for propane, $45 propane charge will apply if the tank is returned empty.
Waste Holding Tanks: Waste holding tanks must be emptied prior to return & valves left OPEN. When you return the unit we will close the valves which is our way of making sure the tanks are empty. Putting anything other than human waste or RV toilet paper in the toilets will result in an extra cleaning fee. Returning with tank valves closed or failing to empty the tanks will result in a $65 dumping fee.
Pets: We allow pets, but an extra cleaning fee applies. Many renters are allergic to pets so we must charge extra because it takes a lot of work to clean the RV after a pet has been in it to remove all the pet hair, dander, and sanitize every surface. Our current pet fee is only $50 for the entire rental period. Pets are not to be left unattended in the trailer for any amount of time!
Please note: The awning is not available to use.
