Top bunk can take 300lbs. -Digital thermostat with Full furnace and ac. -Can be hooked to 30amp or 50 amp. - I provide the blue ox weight distribution hitch. New technology is way better then creaking older style. -I have level mate pro for easy back up leveling. Just open the app and while your backing up it lets you know when the trailer is level with the provided wheel wedge’s. Two doors, one goes into the bathroom so no more tracking through the trailer. A sweet-looking food pantry for all your supplies. Nice size bench seat to put on your shoes and a place to hide them under. Queen size walk-around bed. Has memory foam topper. Makes all the difference. If the trailer you're looking at has a bed that isn’t a walk around, you may not fit if your 6’ tall like me. We allow Responsible dogs. That means dogs that will leave the trailer in the same shape it left with. Ex. Potty trained, won’t chew on parts of the trailer. We can talk about delivery if necessary.
