The Fleetwood Evolution E1 Tent trailer is a really good looking trailer. Brand new canvas for the whole unit installed in 2021. It sleeps four people pretty comfortably and our family of five has many memories in it. It can handle electric and water hook ups, but is also somewhat self-contained if hook ups are not available. It has dual propane tanks, a deep cycle RV battery, a water tank that holds 26 gallons and a hot water heater. There's a small refrigerator as well. It has a small stove and sink inside, as well as a table that seats four. There's also an available RVQ attachable external BBQ unit for grilling. Another nice feature is the outside hose attachment for rinsing off (hot and cold water). This trailer weighs approximately 2,200 lbs unloaded. It comes with off-road tires and has more clearance than most tent trailers allowing it go where most others cannot.
