This trailer is the perfect get away for familys and friends. It is one of the best ways to make great memories! Bedrooms include queen size master bed at the front of the camper, and bunk beds at the rear. Also a dinette that folds down also for additional sleeping. The kitchen features a beautiful large counter top, sink, spacious fridge with freezer box, 2 burner gas stove, large pantry, and microwave. Included in the rental is a toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, frying pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, cups/mugs, plates/bowls, serving bowls, knife set. The inside of this trailer it is equipped with a radio with Bluetooth connection, propane heating for those cool evenings, and A/C for those hot summer nights. Great for staying comfortable in all weather. Tons of storage with lots of cupboard space and under bed storage. Outside there is an easy to use power awning with a large outdoor awning mat. Outdoor speakers and tons of outdoor lighting. BBQ is available as an add on. Power jack for easy hooking up and un hooking. The water heater and fridge are both two-way units (propane or land power) you will receive the unit with full 20lb propane tank ready for use. We would appreciate you treating this trailer as if it were your own. We would like it returned in the same condition as it was when it left. We appreciate and expect the interior to be thoroughly rinsed and cleaned including the bathroom. Anything less will result in a minimum fee of $150 deducted from the security deposit. We will provide rv toilet paper and request that you do not flush any other toilet paper/products down the toilet. This trailer requires a vehicle with a 7 way plug. If you do not have a break controller in your vehicle one can be provided as an add on. A weight distribution hitch will be provided. Your vehicle MUST have at least a towing capacity of 4,000LB or greater. We have a no smoking/vaping policy and would prefer to be notified if there are pets.
