Comes with: * 2 TV's: one in the the Living Area and a Smart TV in the Bedroom *Bluetooth Radio System with indoor and outdoor speakers *Kitchen appliances include: 3 Gas burner stove Range, microwave, ample refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker & toaster *Consists of a Spacious queen bed (sleep 2) that includes LED lights above with cabinets and electric outlets in each side, a sofa bed (sleeps 1), convertible dinette (sleeps 1), and bunk beds which can accommodate 4 people (2 above, and 2 below). Comfortable bathtub/shower with porcelain toilet and separate sink. Layout: *Inside: The queen bed will be at the far right side, and is separated by a curtain. Bunk beds and Full Bath are at the far left side. *In the center, you will find the Dinette, Jackknife Sofa and Kitchen with double sink and includes pots & pans and silverware. *Outside: Power awning with LED lights, Outdoor Speakers, Outdoor shower.
