Deck!! ,well stocked,delivered only!

Note:This unit has a MI state park dnr delivery permit for lawful operation in the park(so you don’t have to worry about the rv being turned around at the gate, must have for 2022 new enforcement rules). 2020 RV has latest and greatest technology and equipment. It also has a deck with walk out stairs and two entrance doors with extra sturdy stairs that go the the ground, wardrobe closet, fireplace, flat screen, DVD surround sound, blue tooth connection and indoor/outdoor speakers. There's a queen memory foam bed in the master bedroom with storage underneath with pullout queen size bed in the living room. The large shower has a seat also and is like taking a real shower!! Comes stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, Rv glasses, Stemless wine glasses, crock pot for slow cooking while you’re having a beach day, outside games, DVDs and more. Outdoors you will find a propane grill and 2 1 lb tanks (grill is provided for additional fee) , 4 outdoor chairs, outdoor rug, outdoor garbage can. I will drop off the rig, set it up completely with slides out, chairs grill and everything ready for you to just arrive and start your vacation. Then I'll take over after your vacation is completed and pack it up, drain tasks (if you don’t have full hookups for a fee),and haul it back. Delivery includes prep, parked/leveled and connected with set up, picked up and removed. The cost is a min of 250$, or 7$ calculated from Houghton lake to your location one way, example is if your trip is 50 miles away, then 50x7= 350 total (remember, that’s 2 round trips I’m making per example would be 200 miles of driving) Please limit the amount of people to 6 staying in the rig. You must have an electric 30 amp site that’s somewhat level and can accommodate a 35’ travel trailer or rent my generator(if you Have one then that will save you some money). Full connections are recommended and save you 100$(full connections =water, sewer and electrical). The camp ground reservation desk can assist you.
